Food and Arts & Crafts Vendors

Be a OCJF Vendor.

The Ocean City Jazz Festival (OCJF) is scheduled to celebrate its 11th  Music Fest on July 3-4, 2020 .

Registration Now Available!

Vendor set-up is for both days, no exceptions. Spaces are LIMITED.   Early registration is recommended. Estimated attendance: 2500+ over both days.

The vendor application outlines required documents, fees, terms and conditions. Vendor opportunities are available for food, merchants, non-profit organizations, small and corporate businesses, to include service orientated professions, artist and authors.

Key Items for the following:
Vendors will be selected based on menu selections and appropriate paperwork.
We are looking for diverse ethnic cuisine and Dessert Only Vendors.  
Food Vendors must comply to Onslow County Health Department rules and complete an “Onslow County Health Department Temporary Food Establishment Application” in order to participate.
Vendor Regular Fees:
You are required to provide your own electrical cord of at least 100 ft or more (there is a charge for electricity)
No Refunds for cancellation due to Inclement Weather or No Shows.



The Ocean City Jazz Festival has exclusive rights to sell ALL beverages – Vendors in violation of this term and condition will be asked to leave immediately and No Refund will be granted.

  The Ocean City Jazz Festival Will Be Providing Vendors With:

      Designated Space

      Vendor Parking Passes and Vendor Wristbands 

     All vendor items must remain within the vendor space,  including signs and chairs.

The Ocean City Jazz Festival WILL NOT be providing tables or chairs to vendors, vendors must supply their own.


Important Dates For Vendor Applicants

Friday May 8, 2020 – Application Deadline

[Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance for the Ocean City Jazz Festival 2020]

Friday May 15, 2020——– 2020 Vendor Acceptance letters will be EMAILED to Vendors selected for 2020 

 All of Following are due by Friday June 5, 2020 by 11:59 pm EST

            1) Proof of Insurance (Liability and Automobile)

            2) FULL PAYMENT of Application fee 

            3) Vendor Final menu and pricing 


Menus received after June 5th will incur a $100 late fee. Booth Rental payment after June 5th will also incur a $100 late fee. If both Menu and Payment are late the total in late fees to be added will be $200.  If Menu and Full Payment (including late fees) are not received by, June 12th, 2020 then the Vendor will forfeit their opportunity to participate at the Ocean City Jazz Festival 2020 and their accepted application will be voided for 2020. No payment will be accepted after June 12th, 2020, no exceptions.


Set Up Dates: July 3, 2020 (12:30-3:00 PM)

Take Down Dates: July 4, 2019 (9:30-11 PM) Booth inspection will be required prior to vendor’s departure for cleanliness



Restrictions: Ocean City Jazz Festival respects trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights. No “bootleg” items will be permitted. Such items include: audiotapes, video tables or any other merchandise of illegal nature. Any violations may be subject to non-participation in future events.

Indemnification: The vendor agrees that he/she will indemnify and save Ocean City Jazz Festival and agents, Town of North Topsail Beachr and agents harmless and free from all damage or other liabilities within the facility or adjacent thereto by reason of any injury to persons or property occasioned by an act of omission of the vendor or any of its officers, agents, employees, guests or other persons admittedly the vendor upon the premises and vendor agrees at its own cost and expense to defend and protect Ocean City Jazz Festival and agents, Town of North Topsail Beach and agents and all such claims and demands including attorney and paralegal fees. *Vendor/I understand that it is solely my responsibility to comply with all conditions of this agreement/application.
